We use this information to create your account, process payments, provide support, deliver SMS campaigns, detect abuse, maintain sender ID compliance, and improve platform reliability.

When you send SMS through AIRFISMS, message content, recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery states, and campaign metadata may be processed by our platform and by our messaging partners strictly for routing, compliance, reporting, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

Your uploaded phonebooks and campaign records remain associated with your account and are accessible to you and authorized administrators who need access for support, billing, system monitoring, or compliance handling. Sender ID documents may be reviewed to process approval requests and to meet provider or regulatory requirements.

We retain information for operational, billing, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Some technical logs may be kept for security monitoring even after campaigns are completed. Where account deletion or data cleanup is requested, some records may still be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment records, or legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect account data, but no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for limiting internal access within your organization.

AIRFISMS provides bulk SMS services, client dashboards, sender ID management, reporting tools, APIs, and related messaging features for lawful business communication. By using the platform, you agree to use the service only for legitimate messaging activities and in compliance with all applicable laws, carrier requirements, and anti-spam rules.

You are responsible for the content you send, the contact data you upload, and the consent or legal basis you rely on for your campaigns. You must not use AIRFISMS for phishing, scams, impersonation, fraudulent promotions, illegal content, malware distribution, harassment, or any activity that can damage our platform, our provider relationships, or recipient trust.

Accounts may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or terminated if campaigns are unsafe, abusive, deceptive, high-risk, or in breach of platform rules. AIRFISMS may temporarily hold certain campaigns for safety review before release. Sender IDs may also be rejected or removed where documentation is insufficient or where provider or policy rules require it.

Bundle purchases, wallet balances, expiry rules, and promotional pricing are governed by the package details shown on the platform at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid credits or bundle purchases are not refundable once provisioned or consumed. Service availability, routing behavior, and final delivery outcomes may depend on network, carrier, and provider conditions.

The AIRFISMS website, dashboards, code, content structure, and branding remain protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
